About Me

The Bookkeeping Pharmacist was founded in 2023. Founded by Evelin Vaquiz, PharmD, The Bookkeeping Pharmacist provides meticulous management of your business books with the same high attention to detail utilized in her role as a pharmacist.

Evelin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston - Downtown with a B.S. in Biology, minoring in microbiology, and went on to obtain her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. Upon graduating, she elected to continue furthering her education with the goal of becoming the best pharmacist she could be by completing a rigorous year-long pharmacy residency. She currently practices within the largest leading healthcare system in Houston.

Evelin discovered her interest in bookkeeping when she decided to manage her husband's books. Being able to reconcile and balance the books monthly opened her eyes to the world of bookkeeping and allowed her to see how she could use this skillset to help other service-based solopreneurs.
